Common foods, beverages, junk food  craving and its link to Obesity;

How to measure  and monitor your physiological and mental stress levels.

 

Module 2:  Stress Management

 

How widespread are chronic health problems created by stress;

The cortisol connection;

Link between chronic stress and major diseases;

How immune system responds to elevated stress levels;

What dietary plans are suited to reducing/relieving damages caused by stress;

Key nutrients and nutriceuticals for Stress control;

Nutrition and Exercise;

Non-intrusive anti-stress therapies.
