Dato’ Steve Yap, DIMP, AMS, FRSM (55) is medical board certified in both nutritional medicine and anti-aging medicine.

He received training in nutritional therapy at The Plaskett Nutritional Medicine College, England and is a UK-registered nutritional therapist and complementary medicine practitioner.   Steve worked for The City of London Area Health Authority (Ministry of Health, UK) during 1970s. He has participated in many TV and radio programs related to health/nutrition.  He has contributed clinical papers at many international medical conferences here and in overseas as well as articles in health magazines and newspaper.

Steve holds a master’s degree from The University of Durham, England and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK). He is board certified in Nutritional Medicine with Distinction (Nutritional Medicine Certification Board, WOSAAM, France), Anti-Aging Medicine with Distinction (World Society for Anti-Aging Medicine, France), Clinical Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M/American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners), Clinical Nutrition (American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board), and Nutritional Wellness (American Naturopathic Certification Board). He sits on government sub-committees relating complementary medicine and runs a very busy practice in Kuala Lumpur.

Steve is chairman of the CTA Wellness & Longevity Group of organizations (www.ctawellness.com) and is pro-tem President of both The Society of Nutritional Medicine, Malaysia and The Federation of Complementary Medical Associations, Malaysia.  He is Project Coordinator for the Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire Post-graduate School of Medicine’s MSc Clinical Science programmes to be offered soon in Asia.
